Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Scientific Director to provide strategic and scientific leadership for bioanalytical activities supporting Biotherapeutics and Cell therapy assets. The role will oversee the design, development, validation, and lifecycle management of bioanalytical assays and partner with internal teams and external partners globally.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 15+ years of academic and/or industry experience
- Deep expertise in ligand binding assays, PK and immunogenicity bioanalysis, and method validation
- Strong knowledge of global regulatory guidance (FDA, EMA) and GLP/GCP bioanalytical requirements
- Proven ability to lead scientific teams and manage CROs in regulated environments
