Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Scientist for its Cell Therapy Analytical Development department. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with LC-MS instrumentation and method development, strong collaboration skills, and a passion for developing novel medicines.
Requirements
- PhD with 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical research, development, or related industry experience
- Expert in HPLC and LC-MS instrumentation from multiple vendors
- Proficient in software such as Empower, Xcalibur, Chromeleon, Biopharma finder, Protein metrics
- Strong background and experience in separations sciences, including SEC, RP, IEX, HILIC and CE
- Expert in developing LC-MS and LC-MS/MS methods for large biomolecules
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting and in a rapidly changing environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience in cGMP environment is preferred
