Cook

The cook is responsible for providing quality meals and snacks for 16-26 crew members working 16-hour shifts, with a shift change every 8 hours. Time management and organizational skills are crucial in this role.

Requirements

• Current State of Alaska Food Handler’s permit
• Current Serve Safe certification
• Previous cooking experience and/or training
• Previous experience cooking or working at sea is preferred but not required
