Design & Fabrication Project Specialist

Britten, Inc. is a veteran-owned creative production house seeking a Design & Fabrication Project Specialist to develop innovative designs and fabrication methods. The role requires a career-minded individual with strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and a focus on quality and accuracy.

Requirements

• 2+ years' experience in a related industry or position
• Proficient using the Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office Products
• Experience in other CAD software considered
• Art, fabrication, assembly, and machining experience preferred
• Familiar with Lean Manufacturing terminology and methods
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive and professional attitude
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently
