Director of Quality & Fabrication Standards

Britten, Inc. is a creative production house seeking a Director of Quality & Fabrication Standards to establish and lead a quality framework across design, engineering, fabrication, finishing, and installation. This role will implement world-class quality systems, strengthen a culture of precision, accountability, and continuous improvement, and ensure every build meets the highest standards of craftsmanship, safety, structural integrity, regulatory compliance, and client expectations.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or production environments
• Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams
• Engineering or technical degree
• Deep knowledge of structural fabrication, scenic production, or custom builds
• Experience implementing Quality Management Systems
• Strong understanding of regulatory and safety compliance
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
• Experience in event fabrication, experiential marketing, or themed environments
• Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent certification
• Familiarity with temporary structures and touring installations
