Job Description
Britten, Inc. is a veteran-owned creative production house seeking a Metal Hardware Specialist to join their team in Traverse City, Michigan. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical inclination, experience with hand tools and power tools, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings
- Mechanical inclination and willingness to dive in, get your hands dirty, and work
- Familiarity with a variety of hand tools, electric drills, air tools and preventive maintenance
- Experience in construction, fabrication and metal a plus
- Computer savvy with a basic understanding of computer programs
- Able to be flexible with work schedule, occasional extra hours or weekend work may be required
