AI Software Engineer

Role Overview

The Tanzu Division at Broadcom is seeking a highly experienced Software Engineer to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, drive architectural decisions, and significantly contribute to the development of next-generation products.

What You Will Do

Define and drive the design, implementation, and testing of core features for the open source Spring Portfolio related to AI capabilities, mentor and coach senior and staff-level engineers, and collaborate with community, product management, design, and other engineering teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or related field and a minimum of 12+ years of experience OR Master's Degree with 10+ years of relevant experience
• Strong proficiency in Java and solid understanding of Spring fundamentals
• Hands-on experience building production applications with the Spring Portfolio
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
