ATE Test Development Engineer

ATE Test Development Engineer responsible for developing test hardware and test programs for high-power and high-speed networking switches.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Teradyne UltraFlex tester platforms
• Ability to independently develop test programs for complex test flows
• Programming experience required for test method development
• Ability to work with test hardware development teams
