ATE Test Development Engineer

ATE Test Development Engineer responsible for developing test hardware and test programs for high power and high speed networking switches. Must have hands-on experience with Teradyne UltraFlex tester platforms and ability to independently develop test programs. Work closely with Product Engineers and Design Engineers.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Teradyne UltraFlex tester platforms
• Ability to independently develop test programs
• Ability to support debugging/troubleshooting of various failure mechanisms
• Programming experience required for test method development
• Experience with extreme temperature testing of ASICs at ATE
• Experience with AI tools for quick script development (plus)
