ATE Test Hardware Development Engineer for Broadcom's Global Operations supporting Core Switching Group, responsible for test hardware development, debugging, and management. Hands-on experience with UltraFlex testers, PCB design, and SERDES layout required.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Teradyne UltraFlex Plus tester platforms
- In-depth knowledge of PCB design, including high power and high speed SERDES layout
- Ability to support debugging/troubleshooting of test hardware
- Programming experience for test diagnostics development
- Experience with extreme temperature testing of ASICs at ATE
- Knowledge of Signal Integrity and Power Integrity
- Experience with AI tools for quick script development (plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 8+ years of related experience, or Master's degree in Engineering and 6+ years of related experience
