ATE Test Hardware Development Engineer

ATE Test Hardware Development Engineer for Broadcom's Global Operations supporting Core Switching Group, responsible for test hardware development, debugging, and management. Hands-on experience with UltraFlex testers, PCB design, and SERDES layout required.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Teradyne UltraFlex Plus tester platforms
• In-depth knowledge of PCB design, including high power and high speed SERDES layout
• Ability to support debugging/troubleshooting of test hardware
• Programming experience for test diagnostics development
• Experience with extreme temperature testing of ASICs at ATE
• Knowledge of Signal Integrity and Power Integrity
• Experience with AI tools for quick script development (plus)
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 8+ years of related experience, or Master's degree in Engineering and 6+ years of related experience
