Principle Epi & Fab Process Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Process Engineer (Senior/Principle) to support the development and manufacturing of III-V semiconductor devices. The role focuses on III-V epitaxy and wafer fabrication process development to support both R&D activities and production.

Requirements

• Develop, optimize, and qualify III-V epitaxial growth and related wafer fabrication processes
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance yield, process stability, and manufacturing efficiency
• Support new product introduction (NPI)
• Work on yield enhancement, cost reduction, and cycle time improvement
• Collaborate with international teams on process development and problem resolution
• Utilize AI/ML tools and data analytics to improve process control, productivity, and decision-making
• Support characterization and failure analysis using advanced semiconductor metrology techniques
