Lead Business Analyst

We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst at Broadridge to manage the implementation of a front to back-end credit and investment books of records system. The individual should have a background in investment management and financial institutions as well as a solid understanding of credit origination and processing particularly for private credit funds and other buy-side entities.

Requirements

• Manage the implementation of a front to back-end credit and investment books of records system
• Execute various implementation workstreams including order processing, trade workflows, data ingestion, integrations, and report building
• Responsible for end-to-end project delivery capabilities including requirements gathering, defining scope, crafting and executing a project plan, identifying risks and dependencies, and aligning internal and client expectations
• Prepare accurate project estimates and consistently meet expectations with a specific focus on quality and delivery efficiency
• Conduct and manage client on-site meetings, workflows, and technical trainings
• Document client-specific customizations and assist with interaction with internal development, product and support teams
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously while meeting expected budget and deadlines
• Provide clients with consulting and advisory guidance based upon client specific and industry best practices
• Effectively work with various internal teams on client projects and company initiatives
