Job Description
We are seeking a SWIFT Client Services Lead who will be responsible for the stable, secure, and efficient operation of the global SWIFT Service Bureau of Broadridge, while leading and developing a high-performing team in Client Services and technical support.
Requirements
- Completed education with a focus on information technology, completed economic studies or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the SWIFT environment (Alliance Access, Gateway, Web Platform)
- Comprehensive knowledge of SWIFT infrastructure, network architecture, and security aspects
- Excellent leadership qualities and experience in leading or coordinating teams or projects
- Good knowledge of national and international payment traffic and securities business as well as the use of SWIFT products
- Comprehensive product and system knowledge in the SWIFT area, ideally with a focus on new technologies and automation approaches
- Solid understanding of data protection, data security, and regulatory requirements in the financial sector
- Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
