Technology Specialist

Join Broadridge's Infrastructure team as a Windows Engineer and help define strategy for our Windows environment, design, deploy, and administer Windows-based infrastructure, and collaborate with vendors and managed service providers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Ability to clearly communicate orally and in writing with engineers, vendors, managers, business, clients
• 2+ years of experience with AWS/Azure (EC2, S3, AMI, EBS, IAM, VPC)
• 5+ years of experience with VMware based virtualization
• Comfortable in several scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Ruby, Go, etc)
• Good understanding of centralized configuration management, orchestration, and infrastructure as code techniques (Terraform)
• Experience with CI/CD tools and techniques (Jenkins)
• Running containers in Windows environment
• Experience with Observability / Monitoring tooling - Datadog, Splunk, ELK
• Ability to write GPO
• Experience with running AD
• Good understanding of networking protocols including switching technologies, routing fundamentals, firewalls, IP subnets, firewalling, load balancing
