• Must be willing to work on call rotations including weekends
• Configure DHCP to add the POS devices in the airports
• Push software to POS devices using SCCM
• Maintain accurate documentation of the virtual infrastructure
• Create reports on performance, capacity planning, and resource utilization
• Stay updated with the latest virtualization trends and technologies
• Explore new solutions and evaluate their feasibility for your organization
• Work closely with other IT teams, including networking, storage, and application teams
• Plan and implement disaster recovery strategies for virtualized environments
• Ensure business continuity in case of failures
• Working experience with most common Windows roles like AD, DNS, DHCP, Cluster, etc.
• Working Experience with Virtualization Technologies like Hyper-V and VMware
• Working Experience with SCCM
• Working Experience with PowerShell
• Demonstrated experience maintaining and executing of incident, change, problem, configuration, and patch management processes
• Working experience with Powershell
• AWS/Azure knowledge
• Basic knowledge in network (IPv4, Static Routes, Subnetting) to be able to troubleshoot connectivity issues on the server side
