Requirements
- College diploma or university degree in an IT-related field
- Excellent written and spoken English
- 2+ years in a Senior/Second-level Support, DataOps, SRE, SysAdmin, or Technical Business Analyst role
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think “outside the box.”
- Strong proficiency in SQL (complex queries) and REST APIs
- Solid understanding of Linux and Database concepts
- Deep understanding of data structures & algorithms
- Ability to work remotely in a secluded setting while collaborating virtually
