Job Description
Join Intralot as a Technical Support Specialist, providing technical support to clients in the German lottery and sports betting industry. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, escalating complex cases, maintaining technical documentation, and coordinating with HQ teams to address technical inquiries.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical support or as a service engineer
- Native-level German & fluent English (B2-C1)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Solid understanding of Microsoft OS and Backoffice systems
- Analytical, problem-solving mindset
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts
- Team player attitude
- Familiarity with Linux, SQL, Microservices, Kubernetes, Kibana is a plus
