Maintenance Technician - Kildonan Heights

We're looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Kildonan Heights apartments in Winnipeg, MB. As a Maintenance Technician, you'll diagnose and repair basic to intermediate plumbing, heating, and electrical problems, as well as perform repairs on various building systems and maintain the building exterior. You'll need 2+ years' experience in a maintenance related role, completion of relevant trade or technical certification, and knowledge of hand tools and repair equipment.

Requirements

• 2+ years' experience in a maintenance related role
• Completion of relevant trade or technical certification
• Knowledge of hand tools and repair equipment
• Experience using computers, smartphones, and tablets
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
