Maintenance Technician - South Pointe Terrace

As a Maintenance Technician, you will diagnose and repair basic to intermediate plumbing, heating, and electrical problems, perform repairs on windows, blinds, doors, and appliances, and maintain the building exterior. You will work on-call on a rotational basis and have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. You will also use computers, smartphones, and tablets for email, electronic work order applications, and timesheets.

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in a maintenance related role
• Completion of relevant trade, technical certification, or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of hand tools and repair equipment
• Experience using computers, smartphones, and tablets; used for email, electronic work order applications, timesheets
• Availability to work on-call on rotational basis
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
