Job Description
Broccolini is seeking a Development Coordinator to support the execution of industrial, commercial, and institutional development projects. The role involves managing project information, follow-ups, and deliverables in a structured and timely manner. The Development Coordinator will also act as a liaison between internal departments, consultants, and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in real estate development, construction, or a related coordination role
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Urban Planning, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong interest in real estate development
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required
- High-tech and/or laboratory facility design, development, and construction is considered a strong asset
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive problem solver who asks questions and seeks solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings (asset)
