Broccolini is a family-owned company that provides construction, development, and real-estate services. We are looking for a Development Coordinator to support the execution of industrial, commercial, and institutional development projects.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate development, construction, or a related coordination role
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Urban Planning, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong interest in real estate development
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive problem solver who asks questions and seeks solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
- Bilingual (English and French)
