Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or within a similar role in a fine dining or high-volume kitchen environment
- Relevant culinary qualifications or apprenticeships
- Proficient in various cooking techniques, with a focus on presentation and flavor
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to guide junior staff effectively
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene best practices
- Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- A passion for quality ingredients and culinary excellence
