Job Description
Brodson Luxury Homes, a boutique construction company with 30+ years of experience in high-end residential projects, is seeking a Project Manager to join their dynamic team. The role involves managing projects from concept to closeout, ensuring on-time, on-budget completion, quality control, and customer satisfaction. Projects range from ground-up retail to TI remodels of large and small scale.
Requirements
- Accept projects from the estimating department
- Review and adjust for constructability
- Follow submittal and RFI processes
- Manage schedule and expectations in MSA/Prime Contract Agreement
- Visit projects on a schedule basis
- Work with Superintendents
- Review daily field reports
- Maintain communication with project team
- Manage change orders
- Verify subcontractors
- Review safety training program and procedures
- Coordinate legal matters
- Develop risk management strategies
- Conduct walk-throughs
- Manage cash applications and collection
