5+ years GC superintendent experience, restaurant fit-out knowledge. OSHA 30 cert, and U.S. work authorization required
Luxury Residential Superintendent
5+ years GC superintendent experience; MUST have ground-up luxury home build experience. OSHA 30 certification required
Luxury Residential Project Manager
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 5-7 years of GC project management experience (from $1M - $10M). Highly skilled with software like MS Office, Project, Bluebeam and Procore. Fluent in English
Commercial Construction Superintendent
5+ years GC experience, restaurant build-out experience, OSHA 30 certification & skills in collaboration/communication, retail/restaurant experience, and decision making
Assistant Project Manager
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 3-4 years’ experience with commercial/GC projects. Commercial/GC experience, especially with high-end restaurants/retail is desired. Software proficiency in MS Office, Project, Bluebeam/Adobe Acrobat, Procore, Sage, and English fluency
