Requirements
- Analyze drawings and specifications
- Create job-specific subcontractor and vendor lists
- Combine material, production, shipping, and associated costs
- Communicate with subcontractors and vendors
- Review offers and quotes
- Build relationships with key vendors
- Resolve discrepancies
- Prepare special reports
- Manage all levels of take-offs
