Vice President

The Vice President will be responsible for portfolio and investment management activities covering Brookfield’s logistics assets across the European continent, driving investment performance, creating value, and serving as a trusted resource on financial and operational matters.

Requirements

• Source and screen bolt-on investment opportunities with high level analysis and identification of key considerations.
• Support investment theses, identify value creation strategies, and assist in developing transaction and deal structure ideas.
• Implement short- and long-term business plan objectives, driving asset performance through collaboration with asset managers and third-party consultants.
• Conduct financial analysis, monitor performance against business plans, and review portfolio metrics on an ongoing basis.
• Assist in managing tenant relationships.
• Participate in monthly leasing calls and review or approve heads of terms and key lease agreements for major or strategic transactions.
• Partner closely with the Capital Markets team on financings and lender reviews, taking a lead role in negotiations and refinancing execution.
• Manage approval processes and provide recommendations for requests from Portfolio Company management teams up to the Board.
• Frequent travel across Europe is required.
