Job Description
We Are Brookfield Properties: We are seeking a new Asset Manager to join Brookfield Properties in Toronto, ON. Work alongside the Asset Management team to execute on various assignments within Brookfield Properties’ Downtown Toronto Office Portfolio (+9M square feet).
Requirements
- 5+ years of extensive and relevant exposure to commercial office real estate
- University degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Economics is preferred; Professional Financial or Commercial Real Estate designation is considered an asset
- High numerical and arithmetic aptitude with a sound understanding of NPV, IRR, DCF and TVM principles
- Proficient in Argus Enterprise, Yardi and Microsoft applications with Advanced Excel
