Customer Care Representative (Home Warranty)

The Customer Care Representative oversees the daily home warranty management and operations of your assigned community, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and satisfactory service delivery.

Requirements

• Track and update customer service requests in mobile application
• Collaborate with construction and sales teams
• Schedule or perform model maintenance
• Maintain contact with customers throughout warranty period
• Manage community survey program
• Manage corrective repairs performed by trade contractors
• Gain familiarity with each floor plan in the community
• Pre-walk production homes with construction team
• Serve as subject matter expert for resources provided to homeowner
• Work closely with construction to bring satisfactory completion of items
