Job Description
Brookfield Residential is seeking a Financial Analyst to conduct financial analysis and reporting for its portfolio of real estate development projects, primarily in Texas.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational and time-management skills
- Strong understanding of GAAP financial statements and standards
- Experience with financial reporting software or planning tools (e.g. Vena)
