Job Description
The Floating Property Manager will travel to specified regional and out of market locations to supervise and coordinate the daily operations of an apartment community, ensuring the highest possible net operating income and maintaining the quality of the property’s appearance and customer service.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Undergraduate Degree in General Studies or an Associate Degree in General Studies
- 3-4 years of required experience in a supervisory role and Property Management
- 1-2 years of multi-state experience
