Job Description
Supervises and coordinates daily operations of an apartment community, including general administration, leasing, and maintenance. Responsible for maintaining physical assets and achieving high net operating income while maintaining quality and service.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Undergraduate Degree in General Studies or Associate Degree in General Studies
- 3-4 years of experience in supervisory role and Property Management
