Job Description
Property Manager responsible for supervising daily operations of an apartment community, maintaining physical assets, and achieving highest possible net operating income.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Undergraduate Degree in General Studies or Associate Degree in General Studies preferred
- 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role and Property Management
- Preferred certifications: Accredited Residential Manager (ARM), Certified Property Manager (CPM), Certified Property Manager (CAM), or Certified Property Manager (IREM)
- Required skills: fair housing laws, Microsoft Office, leadership/supervisory skills
- Preferred skills: affordable housing programs, Yardi, landlord/tenant knowledge, LRO
