Job Description
Responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily operations of an apartment community, including general administration, leasing, maintenance, and management of property associates. Ensures the highest possible net operating income and quality of service. Monitors regulatory compliance and company policies.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role and Property Management
- Undergraduate Degree in General Studies or an Associate Degree in General Studies
