Job Description
We are seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our team at Brookfield Properties. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for meeting with prospective residents, identifying their housing needs, and showing vacant and model suites and property amenities.
Requirements
- Meets with prospective residents, identifies their housing needs, interviews them to determine eligibility based on established criteria
- Quotes established rental rates and promotions, collects funds related to applications, security deposits and rentals
- Maintains social media activities, completes applicant screening process and prepares appropriate correspondence
- Prepares leases and related leasing addendums, maintains lease records and files
- Supports and ensures timely input, proper use and full utilization of on-site PC-based property management software for leasing data
