Leasing Consultant

We are looking for a Leasing Consultant to join our team at The Met Las Vegas. As a Leasing Consultant, you will meet with prospective residents, identify their housing needs, and show vacant and model suites. You will also be responsible for completing applicant screening processes, preparing leases, and maintaining property waiting lists.

Requirements

• Meets with prospective residents, identifies their housing needs, and shows vacant and model suites
• Completes applicant screening process and prepares appropriate correspondence
• Prepares leases and related leasing addendums
• Maintains property waiting list and other updates to various records and reports
• Supports and ensures timely input, proper use and full utilization of on-site PC-based property management software
• Ensures apartments are ready for occupancy by inspecting and placing move-in products
• Maintains current knowledge of marketing and leasing techniques
• Assists in the mentoring of newly hired leasing consultants
