• Quote established rental rates and promotions
• Make follow-up calls and send follow-up literature
• Collect funds related to applications, security deposits, and rentals
• Manage internet leads and follow up
• Maintain social media activities and increase engagement
• Complete applicant screening process
• Prepare leases and related leasing addendums
• Maintain lease records and files
• Maintain property waiting list and updates to various records and reports
