Job Description
We are seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our team at Brookfield Properties. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of leasing or sales experience and a valid driver's license. The position requires a high school diploma/GED and an associate degree in customer service/hospitality is preferred. The consultant will be responsible for meeting with prospective residents, identifying their housing needs, and preparing leases and related documents.
Requirements
- Meet with prospective residents and identify their housing needs
- Interview and determine eligibility based on established criteria
- Show vacant and model suites and property amenities
- Quote established rental rates and promotions
- Maintain social media activities and increase engagement
- Complete applicant screening process and prepare correspondence
- Prepare leases and related leasing addendums
- Maintain lease records and files
- Maintain property waiting list and other records
