Job Description
We are seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our team at Brookfield Properties in Charlotte, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma/GED, 1-2 years of leasing or sales experience, and a valid driver's license. The role involves meeting with prospective residents, showing vacant and model suites, and preparing leases and related documents.
Requirements
- Meet with prospective residents and identify their housing needs
- Show vacant and model suites and property amenities
- Quote established rental rates and promotions
- Collect funds related to applications, security deposits and rentals
- Maintain social media activities on different platforms
- Complete applicant screening process and prepare correspondence
- Prepare leases and related leasing addendums
- Maintain property waiting list and other updates to records and reports
