Requirements
- Meet with prospective residents and identify their housing needs
- Quotes established rental rates and promotions
- Completes applicant screening process and prepares correspondence
- Maintains lease records and files
- Supports proper use of on-site property management software
- Ensures apartments are ready for occupancy
- Maintains current knowledge of marketing and leasing techniques
- Assist in mentoring of newly hired leasing consultants
