Job Description
We are seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our team at Brookfield Properties in Denver, Colorado. As a Leasing Consultant, you will meet with prospective residents, identify their housing needs, and show vacant and model suites. You will also maintain social media activities, prepare leases, and maintain property records. The ideal candidate will have a High school diploma/GED, 1-2 years of Leasing or sales experience, and knowledge of fair housing laws and Microsoft Office.
