Leasing Specialist

We are seeking a Leasing Specialist to assist prospective and future residents through the process of finding their new home. The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative duties, gathering documents, and processing completed applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or Communications is preferred but not required.
• 4+ years of leasing experience
• 3+ years of multi-family and/or single-family rental home experience
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Demonstrable experience in single-family, multi-family, construction, or leasing industry
• Effective negotiating skills
• Knowledge of and experience with Rently preferred
• Experience in Grass Roots Marketing
• Knowledgeable on fair housing and local real estate laws
• Flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends, depending on business need
