Maintenance Supervisor

Supervises, coordinates, and performs activities for the general maintenance of a multi-unit residential property. Performs repairs and maintenance of machinery and mechanical equipment, interior maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, and housekeeping.

Requirements

• Supervise and coordinate efforts of the maintenance staff
• Perform or assign work to repair and maintain mechanical equipment, including heating and air conditioning
• Perform or assign routine to difficult carpentry duties, including installation of new doors and repairs
• Perform or assign routine to difficult electrical duties, including inspecting and testing lighting and power circuits
• Perform or assign routine to difficult plumbing duties, including unclogging sinks and toilets and repair of pipes
