Job Description
Brookfield Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in Commercial Property or Multi-Unit Residential Property and a High School Diploma/GED. They will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and performing a variety of maintenance tasks, including HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical/appliance repairs.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Commercial Property or Multi-Unit Residential Property
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid driver's license (may be required)
- HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing certifications (preferred)
- Self-motivated, team-player, communication, interpersonal, attention to detail, customer service, and personal accountability
