Job Description
We are seeking a talented Maintenance Technician to join our team at Brookfield Properties. The successful candidate will have experience in commercial property or multi-unit residential property maintenance, a high school diploma/GED, and excellent customer service skills.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Commercial Property or Multi-Unit Residential Property
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid driver's license (may be required)
- HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing certifications (preferred)
- Self-motivated, team-player, communication, interpersonal, attention to detail, customer service, and personal accountability skills
