Job Description
We are seeking a talented maintenance professional to join our team as a Maintenance Technician. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in Commercial Property or Multi-Unit Residential Property and a High School Diploma/GED. The role involves performing a variety of maintenance tasks, including HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical work.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Commercial Property or Multi-Unit Residential Property
- High School Diploma/GED
- Preferred certifications: HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing
- Valid driver's license
- Self-motivated, team-player, communication, interpersonal, attention to detail, customer service, and personal accountability
