Job Description
We are looking for a talented maintenance professional to join our team as a Maintenance Technician. The successful candidate will have experience in Commercial Property or Multi-Unit Residential Property and will be responsible for repairs, maintenance, and customer service.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Commercial Property or Multi-Unit Residential Property
- High School Diploma/GED
- HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing certification (preferred)
- Valid driver's license (may be required)
