Job Description
Join Maymont Homes as a Maintenance Technician in Denver, CO. Perform post-occupancy repairs, renovations, and general maintenance in single-family rental homes. Responsible for resolving maintenance issues efficiently and professionally while maintaining property to company standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years of maintenance or handyman experience
- Knowledge of general construction, home repair, and renovation practices
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Fair Housing Certification (preferred or willingness to obtain)
- HVAC Certification (preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized and capable of managing multiple work orders efficiently
- Strong technology acumen with the ability to learn and adapt to various apps and software tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Valid driverās license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation for site inspections and other duties
- Reliable personal transportation for traveling to job sites and picking up supplies
- Ownership of basic handyman tools required
