Sr Mgr, Operations

We are seeking a Senior Operations Manager to oversee the cost-effective operation, care, preventative maintenance, and long-term preservation of our physical assets. The successful candidate will partner with the (Senior) General Manager to achieve property specific business metrics and goals, primarily focused on physical operations, construction coordination, safety and health principles, contracted services oversight, and project management.

Requirements

• Operate a clean, well-maintained property providing guests with a positive shopping experience
• Prepare and manage multi-year ordinary capital and operating expense plans and projects
• Develop strong tenant relationships through pre-construction and subsequent follow-up meetings
• Implement and administer all preventative maintenance programs
• Ensure property safety systems are code compliant, maintained and inspected
• Support corporate sustainability efforts to reduce the property’s carbon footprint
