Groundskeeper

Role Overview

Responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness, curb appeal, and readiness of the apartment community. Performs groundskeeping duties, assists with apartment make-readies, completes punch work, and supports the maintenance team with general upkeep and minor repairs.

What You Will Do

Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the community grounds daily, pick up trash and debris, clean and maintain pool areas, fitness centers, clubhouses, and other common areas, and perform minor repairs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous apartment maintenance or groundskeeping experience

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
