Groundskeeper

Role Overview

Maintains the exterior physical features of the community, including grounds, amenities, and curb appeal. Performs minor repairs and completes tasks to meet community standards.

What You Will Do

Inspect the community, remove litter and debris, clean common areas, and complete minor repairs. Assist with make-ready process, distribute notices, and provide customer service.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Requires ability to work independently, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a safe and clean environment. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• Rudimentary computer skills
• Ability to read, understand, and comply with safety and policy manuals
